OVERVIEW |

The Hilo
Art Museum was founded in April of 2007, and
is the first general art museum on the big
island of Hawaii. There is a teaching
collection, consisting of a group of
hand-painted, life size reproductions. There
are also original works by such artists as
Picasso, de Kooning, Wyland, Suzanne Dix and
more. |
